I'd like to see Jin back to how he was. Less of a killer with a hidden good cause, more closer to the personality of his mother, Jun, than his father, Kazuya. Or bring Jun back and have the story about Jun fixing Jin's ways? That's on my wishlist anyway.

I'm quite interested on how this play out..

The setting. How the DmC Dante's face seems to be more similar to DMC2 Dante's face. It's not solid, just an idea.

There's an inkling in my head that says that this game might be tied in with DMC2 somehow.

At Karate, what did Dante do to Trish? He Sparda.

A clone? Doesn't sound like DMC style to me. Already been determined that he's part of the Sparda bloodline so it's implied he was born legitimately yet it's not confirmed either. It'll be how he's related to Dante and Vergil that'll blow our minds to pieces, if he even is closely related to...

Well looks like you have me there. The connection between Vergil and Nero is too obvious to ignore. So let's move onto the next question: Why was Nero targeted? What was the intention? And who changed his arm?
