There isn't any true god in DMC. Every character described as a god was just a powerful demon. Mundus would be the closest thing to a god since he can create living being.

I don't think Miura should work on another story, but he would probably make a damn good story for DMC if he write one (given how Bingo's DMC stories are, it isn't such an accomplishment tho...)

This is my problem with Nero. He is pushed into the main protagonist role, but he doesn't feel like he deserve it. In each game he appeared, Dante did most of the work, then stepped aside and let Nero get the glory. DMC 4 did it quite good with Dante being the mentor figure, so it make sense...

Making remake of DMC 1 and 2 would be the best choice imo. Both of those could be used to fix the serie's plotholes and incoherences. DMC 3 doesn't really need a remake being an excellent classic and having an alright story, and a DMC 4 remake would be nice to properly establish Nero's...

Since the Sparda was still needed for Dante to unlock his true power, it doesn't look like a bonus to me. He got stabbed by the Rebellion many time in the serie, and never awakened the SDT form. Only when he absorbed the Sparda does he attains his full potential. So yeah, this isn't clear if...

Why not simply a rapier ? Some good old duelist style to contrast with Nero's all in fighting style. It's still an european fighting style, but it would stand out from what we have in the serie.
