Game...'flow' i guess?
DmC is one of the most replayable games i've ever played. There's not a single moment throughout the whole campaign that feels like a chore or drags on for too long for me.
*Some sort of training mode.
It still boggles my mind that, in a franchise about creating stylish combos, the developers didn't think that giving the players a way to practice was necessary. I might be wrong but apparently you still can't turn off BP's timer in DMC4 SE which is frankly stupid...
Jesus Christ. I said the style is useless TO ME and i added that i wish they gave the players the OPTION to get rid of it in the control scheme. I hope it's clear now even though i wonder why it wasn't after 2 posts saying essentially the same thing.
I don't have to play the game like you or...
It's still there and it takes a valuable slot even though i never use it. I should've been able to get rid of it. After games like Bayonetta and DmC i just wish they gave the control scheme a little overhaul. Still hoping they made use of the additional pad on PS4 for weapons/styles switching...
The girls gameplay don't look that appealing to me honestly. Especially next to Vergil's. WOW. Itsuno has definitely not lost his touch. They probably won't get much playtime with me but it's cool for those who like them i guess.
I wish they gave my boy Nero a couple of new moves and...
Errrr...No? There's just as much to go back to as there is in the old series. A sequel will most likely not happen and that's a true shame as far as i'm concerned. The combat system alone needs a sequel. It's brilliant but can be improved so much more.....
Some people give video game writers way too much credit. The characters of DMC/DmC work kinda well in their respective settings and that's it. Really nothing to write home about in both cases.
You still can. The timing is just tighter. Especially on hardcore. I've parried the bombs a couple of times...by chance while hitting another enemy.
Some readjustments are necessary for sure which is good.
Hardcore mode really makes this game shine. Enemies are agressive and the style meter is ruthless.
I keep forgetting that you can hit color coded enemies with everything now though :p
Great job NT, can't wait for Hellblade.
This game is now tied with DMC3 as best of the franchise for me(it would be the best if it had a couple more moves). Difficulty, style system decay, color coded enemies, etc...everything is perfect. The graphical update is also very nice. I realized that the PS360 version didn't really do NT...
