DT to break out of that. Use Cerberus (The nun-chuks) since they attack fast. Destroy the bats with Cerberus, then you can haul on Nevan. Keep using Trickster to evade.

I would certainly entertain this idea. First, Capcom could fix the issues with the existing DMC series. NT, as long as they don't learn from Capcom, should hopefully be able to piece together a well thought out storyline. As long as game quality doesn't suffer, I'd by both.

SE pretty much destroyed the Final Fantasy Franchise when 14 came out. But that's a another story for another day...

Square Enix is actually a merger between Squaresoft and Enix, two early game producers that separately, made a lot of games for the nintendo and super nintendo. You have the Sega origins. Or if you want, you can even write about the technological advances of different consoles over the years.

They borked up the storyline really nicely with DMC 2 more or less. Capcom even admitted in an interview that they wished DMC 2 never happened. Which speaks mountains of volumes about something they made themselves.

It's preview gameplay still. They probably didn't include the weapons change for simplicity, or the more practical reasoning of "it's still bugged and not working right." From what I've seen, the morphing weapon idea changes the weapon according to the form you're using. It's kinda lame, because...

Watch the videos again. I don't remember if they showed him Devil Triggering at all, but when he does, his hair color changes. (Unless it's just really bad lighting and angles that play the color blind trick on you).

We do know that Dante either makes just enough to scrape by in day to day life (look at the shop - not exactly "comfy" by most standards). Sure if Dante saw real merit in a job he'd do it.

Maybe no lazy, but pretty laid back. I get the feeling Dante is pretty care free about what work he chooses. I mean if there aren't hot chicks, pizza or strawberry sundaes involved, you can probably count on Dante not doing the work. LoL

You could be right. Unfortunately due to the video being slightly blurry at the time in question, it's really hard to tell. Fast motion and flash video format don't go well, even in high res.

The DMC 4 Novels were never published out side of Japan as of yet. (AS far as I know - that might have changed though)

We can speculate all we want till the game comes out. In reality, Dante isn't Dante. It's Nero cosplaying as Dante. At the end of the game we're gonna see Nero take off the costume and say "Suckaz."
