Which was your favorite boss?

If you play in Jap, they call the end boss "Brain Of Head" XD it's so funny, but I liked the Emperor (or was it lord?) of fire, mainly for that cool cutscene.

Most challenging boss fight was Emperor of Earth imo. That beast never died. D:
