Yeah man I get down (a lot more than I may let on) sometimes it just comes out of nowhere and I have no idea why, then my mind starts playing silly tricks and I think maybe I'm a bad person or I do things wrong, sometimes I can act a bit of a goof to try and hide it or keep it to myself but eventually it builds up and I have a bit of a breakdown.
