Depends on what you mean by 'Life' as its been proven there is a form of life on mars in the form of tiny microbes and microscopic creatures.

But yeah, christianity, just like every other religion out there, is a fable story to give lessons about life. It isn't supposed to be taken seriously as fact. Do you believe that someone can walk in water? Or ressurect from the dead? No, it is all symbolic.

Thats because our planet has the most hospitable atmosphere and temperatures and no creatures (like those on mars) have needed any changes in their evolution as their planet hasnt changed in millions of years.

not intended to hurt anyone this, but religion is just a way to keep rules in place and make people behave. it's also a false hope to help people live out their lives. if people are comfortable in living their lives like this, i really don't care, i'm just stating the truth.
