Devil May Cry: The Sacred Heart?

While browsing through the images, I found a piece with Devil May Cry, The Sacred Heart written on it. It also mentioned "Sound DVD" in the background.

Forgive me if this has been asked before. (actually, why wouldn't it have been?)

As this rest of the site's art looked like it had been taken from an official source of some kind, I'd like to know what this is. Is it a soundtrack? Or perhaps it actually is a piece of fanart?

This is a DVD sound book of the popular Devil May Cry game. This is basicly a DVD of the soundtrack from Devil May Cry, sort of like music TV. Comes with a 48 page book that gives background information for all the songs. The book has lots of beautiful illustrations and screen shots printed on thick glossy paper. All colored.
