How to I fix the Flag?

*Title was meant to say, "How to fix the Flag." Sorry for the poor grammer.

I was just messing around with the British flag patch on Dante's coat and after changeing it I noticed a white outline of the British flag. If you look closely where I placed the American Flag in the image below you can see the white outline. What is the cause of this white outline? and How do I remove it?

I don't believe the size of the flag is the issue. I cut out the original patch, so I wouldn't expect to see it at all in game. The attached picture shows the process of how I replaced the British flag patch.

(Left) Shows the game texture alone with the patch cut out.
(Center) Shows the game texture with the layer below shown. The lower layer is colored to match the patch's original background.
(Right) Shows the flag on top of the original texture.

It looks like a normal map/bump map issue. I'll have to see if I can get those open and edit them. So I believe problem solved!
