[POLL] Devil Trigger Gauge Setup

Looking back at all the games, I realized that the DT gauge is all set up differently and wondering what's everybody's favorite setup.

I prefer DMC2/DmC's set up. It'd be way too easy to have a full or slightly full gauge at the beginning of a mission. "Earn your Devil Trigger, bitch!" I say.

Hmm, I never really thought about how devil trigger is set up and just played the game, so I can't really choose. But it would be interesting to add it as option to choose how to start, since beginners might like to start with DT filled up, whereas experienced players would appreciate bit more work.
