Hi Everyone, I am inspired to learn the art of the Samurai sword from this but not with so much action. Can they slow down so we can see a Master at work? its too quick to study hand , arm, leg and feet positioning. Is there anything they could produce like an add on where they showed you sword moves slowly and with repetition. I ask because I am not near a dojo and I studied sword from video. love and light, Phoenix
