Okay, I hope anyone knows RPG games right?
Every RPG(Role-playing game) has a similarity one to each other, and do you noticed there are many wierd things in RPG game from the reality?
For Example:
-Every RPG is all about saving the world.
-Each player attack can be count by number.
-Player don't seems feel tired walking around in dungeon.:O
-Monster usually carry some money if we defeat the monster.

and many more wierd things, well... I just want to know your opinion about this, any idea?

(This thread just for fun only)^_^

Kept you waiting, huh?
Every Inn seems to have the ability to turn day into night, and then back to day again in about 0.3 seconds.

Relating to that, if the male lead character is woken up in the middle of the night and finds a female character awake too, those two characters will immediately have a love sub-plot between them.

EDIT: Actually, while I'm at it, here's the list of RPG Clichés to end all lists.

The Grand List Of Console RPG Clichés.

You will accumulate at least three of these obligatory party members:
The spunky princess who is rebelling against her royal parent and is in love with the hero.
The demure, soft-spoken female mage and healing magic specialist who is not only in love with the hero, but is also the last survivor of an ancient race.
The tough-as-nails female warrior who is not in love with the hero (note that this is the only female character in the game who is not in love with the hero and will therefore be indicated as such by having a spectacular scar, a missing eye, cyborg limbs or some other physical deformity -- see The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly Rule.)
The achingly beautiful gothy swordsman who is riven by inner tragedy.
The big, tough, angry guy who, deep down, is a total softy.
The hero's best friend, who is actually much cooler than the hero.
The grim, selfish mercenary who over the course of the game learns what it means to really care about other people.
The character who is actually a spy for the bad guys but will instantly switch to your side when you find out about it.
The weird bonus character who requires a bizarre series of side quests to make them effective (with the ultimate result that no player ever uses this character if it can be avoided.)
The nauseatingly cute mascot who is useless in all battles.

I don't really care about all these things, as long as the RPG games are good. RPG game series like Final Fantasy series, Shin Megami Tensei series, Wild Arms series, Star Ocean series, Xenosaga series, and etc has all the four things that you mention, and other stuffs too, but these game series are good, and I don't care if they have the same routine all over as long as the games are great.:)

How about the fact that you can just waltz into someone's house and take their belongings in most of them?

How about staying at somebodies house until late - when the NPC char goes to bed, locking the windows and doors and leaving you there with him trapped?
How about regenerating monsters in dungeons?
Not having the free will to insult somebody in a conversation, unless an insulting line has been specifically added to one NPC?
