I think he died,Noitra did hit him pretty hard.Plus,even after Ichigo beat Aizen,Grimmjow still hasn't appeared.So I'm not sure what happened to him.Oh and my favorite Bleach villain would have to be Ulquiorra.Emotionless and badass,plus I love his transformation.And yeah,Chad is awesome.Chad>Uryu in my opinion.

Tousen and Aizen have terrible transformations.Gin's fox transformation makes sense atleast.Gin is suppose to be sly like a fox.
